長年の経験を活かし、なぜ温度が大切？計量が大切？などを基本を主に初心者の方にも理解出来るレベルで教えます。もちろんプロの技も伝授！
注)基本、2名一組で1つの生地を捏ねていただきます。

- レシピに基づき粉から捏ね、分割・成形・焼成まで。フロアータイムなどでの理論・テクニック・コツなどをご説明。
お一人様基本、５～６個作っていただき焼き立てを試食して残りは持ち帰っていただきます。
From flour to kneading, dividing, molding, and baking based on recipes. Theory, techniques and tips will be explained during floor time. Each person will make 5 to 6 basic pieces, taste the freshly baked pieces, and take the rest home. - ■ 受講料

- 基本、月１回、夜の部１８：００～でのレッスンで数年行って来ましたが継続の方が多数。こちらのサイト以外でも予約が多く、キャンセル待ちが続いております。今後、キッチンが確保出来そうな日程に関してはグループレッスン・出張レッスンなども出来る限り対応させていただきます。気軽にご相談してくださいね！お待ちしております。（最低遂行人員に満たない場合はキャンセルさせていただきます）こちら以外でも募集しておりますので出来るだけ早くの予約をお待ちしております！
Basically, we have been offering lessons once a month in the evening from 6:00 p.m. for several years, and many people continue to attend. We have many reservations outside of this website, and there is a waiting list. We will try our best to accommodate group lessons and on-site lessons on dates when we can secure a kitchen.
